the breakfast was savoury and tasty, especially with dairy-free options and reasonably priced. the room was not been cleaned apart from clean sheets and available with a walk in shower. the staff were very good and courteous, ready to any request. the service was amazing, including a quick check-in.

Quite close to areas we were visiting
Didn't like having to pay for parking felt that should have been included. Breakfast ok but food slightly over cooked or been standing.. Beds a bit lumpy.

Liked our comfortable stay there a lot. We booked this affordable hotel for its staff and drinks. The room was spotless with fans, bedrooms and a lovely view, the check-in was quick. Stunning location to attractions like a night club, that was close to the venue. The lovely area was good for summer holidays.

The swimming pool, the view to fireworks on the New Year's Eve (from the top floor), location.
Water pressure in the shower was so low that it was hardly possible to take a shower.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the pool, sauna and steam room and found the facilities excellent. The food was very good and good value
The lounge bar could do with a refurb as there was a lot of odd furniture not really matching although this did not spoil our enjoyment.

The best thing about the hotel was its location to the event we were attending at Dukes 92.

Recommend for a cursory stop.
Helpful staff, excellent amenities, including a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. The secure parking and nearby tram access to the Etihad campus were very convenient.
